When it comes to inspecting highly sensitive web materials such as catalyst coated membranes (CCM) for PEM fuel cells or electrolysers, the lowest web tension is required to avoid damaging the surface structure during the inspection.

The smooth-running and control components used enable “linerless” testing of sensitive materials and thus offer an optimum basis for different test methods. This allows quality standards to be developed and new testing equipment to be tested in parallel with production.
