Your profile as an IBN technician /service technician
in mechanical engineering
- High level of customer orientation, engagement, and team work spirit
- Successfully completed apprenticeship or additional qualification as mechatronics technician, electronics technician or industrial mechanic.
- Professional experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably as an IBN technician, application engineer or service technician.
- Technical expertise in the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, and pneumatics in process plants.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Ideally, a good command of written and spoken English.
Your position as IBN technician
in machine construction at Printum
- Assembly tasks of individual assemblies as well as complete plants.
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of machine acceptance tests.
- Support of site acceptance tests and commissioning at the customer’s site.
- Implement training courses, briefings as well as production support.
- Service assignments at national and international level (Our current focus is on Central Europe or the DACH region. Each IBN responsible person has 2–3 projects/year. On average, the employee spends about 1 week for IBN, training and acceptance at the customer site. In addition, one employee takes over about 5 service calls per year — duration 1–3 days).
