Web converting is the process in which materials are processed from a roll.
At Printum, we call this “rotative assembly.”
As a special machine manufacturer, we usually start where the standard on the market reaches its limits. Based on our customers’ requirements, we create feasibility analyses and production concepts, carry out PoCs (proof of concepts) and implement machine construction projects for different processes in various industries. We adapt the degree of automation to your product mix and the planned output quantity. We often combine rotary processes with pick & place.
Our modular design enables quick format changes and therefore the production of variants. Clear structures separate the areas for production, supply and drive. Our open design allows options to be added at a later date.
Our customers appreciate the intuitive and consistent operating concept. Servo axes in conjunction with technically highly sensitive components ensure high-precision web travel.

Glue trap production
Roll-to-piece complete system for glue trap production: A substrate film is unrolled, printed, continuously glued, covered with silicone paper, cut to size and provided with cut-outs for hanging. Das Ergebnis: Gestapelte Leimfallen, die direkt verkaufsfertig verpackt werden können.
