Your profile as a technical buyer
in mechanical engineering
- Completed technical or commercial training, professional experience in technical purchasing an advantage
- Experience in project purchasing in mechanical engineering / construction industry
- Structured way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
- Sound knowledge of procurement and supply management
- Strong communicator who enjoys negotiating and liaising with our suppliers
- Ability to work in a team and across departments
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Your position as a buyer
at Printum
- Responsibility for the procurement of technical purchased and production parts for our special machine construction projects
- Selecting and supporting suppliers and conducting price negotiations
- Technical exchange and coordination with our engineering and assembly departments
- Ensuring the quality and timely availability of materials
- Risk management and optimization of the supply chain
- Entry and maintenance of order data in the system and order confirmation
- Recording and posting goods receipts
- Responsibility for warehouse organization and inventory control
- Planning and implementation of the dispatch of systems
